The CLARIYATT® GHS dyes are intelligent 1:2 metal complex dyes with monosulfonic group. They have excellent compatibility, suitable for dyeing medium and deep shades. They are mainly used for high-grade polyamide, polyamide micro-fiber, polyamide/cotton and seamless underwear.

A: 0.5% Dispersing Agent
0.5-1% Levelling Agent
0.5-2g/L Sodium Acetate
pH 4.5-6 (Adjust pH with 80% Acetic Acid)
B: X% CLARIYATT® GHS dyes
Add if necessary: 1g/L Anti-creasing Agent
0.5-1g/L Anti-foaming Agent
• Start bath at 30°C dosing the auxiliaries
• Run 10’
• Add CLARIYATT® GHS dyes and run 10’
• Raise to 98°C with a gradient of 1°C per minute
• Keep warm 45-90’ (from pale to deep shade)
• For shading additions cool down the liquor to below 70°C, add predissolved dye,
run 10’, heat at 98°C and maintain for 30’
• Cool down
The wet fastnesses can be significantly improved by aftertreating with:
• for general wet fastnesses: Fixing Agent 2-4%
• under chlorinated water conditions: Fixing Agent 4%
Remark: the dyeing depth for black is 1%、4%
